Ride Like an Animal Benefit Motorcycle Ride – September 19, 2026 – Register Here

• You don’t have to be a member of a motorcycle club—or ride a certain kind of bike. If you love riding and love animals, this ride is for you! Whether you ride a Harley, Honda, Indian, Can-Am—or anything in between—we’d love to have you join us for a great ride, good company, and an even better cause.

  Our 70-mile ride winds through beautiful Union, Claiborne, and Grainger Counties before returning to Maynardville and ending at Li’l Jo’s BBQ, where we’ll enjoy a buffet, 50/50 drawing, and auction.

  The ride will be escorted by police vehicles at the front and rear, along with a support vehicle and motorcycle trailer, so riders can relax and enjoy the beautiful East Tennessee scenery.

  Best of all, you’re riding for a reason. Proceeds from Ride Like an Animal benefit the animals of Union County Humane Society, helping provide food, shelter, veterinary care, vaccinations, spay/neuter services, and lifesaving treatment for animals waiting for their second chance.

Trails 4 Tails Off-Road Run at Chuck Swan – October 24, 2026 – Register Here

• Get ready to hit the trails for a great cause! Join us on Saturday, October 24, 2026, for the 1st Annual Trails 4 Tails Off-Road Ride, benefiting the animals of the Union County Humane Society.  We’ll spend the day riding the trails of Chuck Swan State Forest with our ride host, Freedom Off-Road, followed by an afternoon of raffles, door prizes, food, fellowship, and fun at the Union County Farmers Market pavilion in Maynardville.  Bring your Jeep, side-by-side, truck, or other trail-ready vehicle and enjoy a day outdoors while helping animals in need. Registration (by October 23) is $20 per vehicle, with proceeds benefiting the dogs and cats cared for by the Union County Humane Society.

  Halls Meet-Up:
  8:30 AM at Food City in Halls

  Union County Meet-Up:
  9:30 AM at Bread Box, 6302 Maynardville Hwy
  Join the Halls caravan as it passes through Union County.

  Arrival at Chuck Swan:
  Approximately 10:00 AM, followed by a brief riders’ meeting with Freedom Off-Road before hitting the trails.

  After the Ride

  We’ll meet at the Union County Farmers Market pavilion, 115 Durham Drive, Maynardville, for raffles, prizes, fellowship, and the option to purchase food and drinks from Fire on the Mountain Pizza.

  Whether you’re an experienced off-roader or just looking for a fun way to spend a fall Saturday, come enjoy the trails, meet some great people, and help support homeless animals in our community.
