Introducing our First Annual
Pets & People Calendar for 2010
Do you get stressed every year thinking about the perfect Christmas gift for the animal lovers in your life? UCHS has a fantastic solution - our 1st Annual Pets & People 2010 Calendar.
Order now to insure the place of your choice in the calendar. Delivery will be in the first week of December & we can ship to any location in the USA!
Our calendar will be totally customized with photos submitted from our adopters, donors, volunteers, families, friends and colleagues. Photos can be of pet alone, any number of pets together, pets with people.
Calendar will be standard full size, 8.5 x 10.5 inches; full color, glossy paper. Cover & Monthly photos will measure from 8.5 x 10.5 - 2.75 x 2.8 inches (depending on the number received for each); daily photos 1.6 x 1.7 in.
Cost:
$20 - Calendar (includes postage, if applicable) with ONE “Daily” photo* submitted for publication in the calendar.
$5 - Each additional photo.
Cover photo - $250** (placed on the front cover of the calendar, up to 12 accepted).
Monthly photo - $100**† (placed on the top of each month - up to 144 accepted).
Orders can be placed by ONLINE, via snail mail or FAX using this order form, or by copying and pasting the information on the form into a Word Document and emailing to uchs.org@gmail.com. Photos MUST be emailed.
*Placed on a certain day of a certain month - up to 365 accepted. Purchasers will have 1st, 2nd,
& 3rd choice of months/days to display their photo – first come first served.
