Who we are… The Union County Humane Society (UCHS) is a non-profit, tax-exempt, 501c3 organization, established and chartered by the State of TN in 1996. The Problem… Pet Overpopulation On any given day, 10,000 human beings are being born in the United States, but on the same day 70,000 puppies and kittens are also born. It is no surprise that too few homes are waiting for too many dogs and cats. The Solution… Spay/Neuter your pet!
All potential adopters must first complete an adoption application before being considered. We would kindly ask that you call for an appointment before coming to meet our adoptable animals, so that someone is there to meet you.
